Does anyone know the "real" landline number for Scotrail customer services? It's based in Fort William. The advertised  number is  0344 811 0141

Calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers and count towards inclusive allowances on landlines and mobiles.

Why do you need an 01 or 02 number, when you already have an 03 number?
