Why do you need an alternative number?

Calls to 03 numbers are inclusive on landlines and mobiles, else charged at 'geographic rate' - the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers.

Thanks Ian01, but I have an Unlimited Anytime Plan, which I have to pay for, that does cover 03 calls to domestic lines, but not company lines, and I don't want to pay twice (for my plan, then for the call). Thank you for your reply.

Could you point me to the place where your telecoms provider describes this very unusual arrangement?

It sounds like it does not comply with Ofcom regulations for 03 numbers, in place since 2007.

Have you got that right ? I ask because some suppliers do say you can only use inclusive minutes for personal use and not business use but dont penalise if you need to call a business number.Whats the name of your supplier out of interest.
