As there is no number or official support for NZ it maybe worth trying the online support options here alternatively this page may give you an idea if you can call the number without any charge to yourself, also perhaps your phone provider can advise you.

The number as advised is a FreePhone number within the UK, so maybe free to call from elsewhere..

I've just confirmed this number works. https://support.skype.com/en/faq/fa10613/how-do-i-make-a-call-on-skype I used to make use of this when 0800 were charged on my mobile, and to ring my bank in NZ from the UK!
