This is the specific number I have discussed with Hilton Hotels Customer Service (by e-mail)

I basically advised the approx call costs (I used Sky and O2 as examples) of the 087 number and then advised the situation regarding using the 03 equivalent number and the associated call costs (mainly that it's an inclusive call) as a reason to switch to the 03 number. Lets hope it does some good!
