Request for free number for Harveys Furniture Care

Hello,

i have taken the care furniture care plan from Harveys and would like to make a claim now. The number they provided is 08450789601. I could not find the alternative free number for this. I have searched the saynoto0870 website as well as other google seaches. Can someone please give a free number for this. Thanks!

Insurance products sold with a product or service have been subject to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (published by BIS) since 13 June 2014. Regulation 41 bans the use of 084, 087 & 09 numbers. On 26 October 2015, the FCA extended the regulations to cover all financial services firms.

In order to comply with the regulations, the 0845 number was swapped over to the matching 0345 number some time ago. Callers calling the 0845 number hear a message to that effect, and there is no charge to hear the announcement.

As advised by Ian01 above, the number has been changed to: 03450 789 601 - (0345 078 9601). Calls to 03 numbers are charged at standard geographic rates (the same as 01/02 numbers) and are included in any landline or mobile calling plans.

I will add this to the database as soon as possible.
