Hi
i have been using successfully the 0207 471 6666 for damaged baggage queries but the case has been escalated and i have been given a new 0844 number currently not listed. I understand it routes to a different call centre / department in Istanbul.
the number is : 0844 375 4254
anyone have any knowledge of this would be appreciated.

As Ian01 has pointed out any after-sales enquiries should be handled via a Geographically charged number (ie: 01/02/03) or a Free 080 number.

I did some checking on-line and found that the number may belong to: Global Baggage Solutions @ Heathrow Airport. That is based on this page.  Note that the page is NOT official in anyway!

Working on that assumption I headed to GBS Enquiries - London Heathrow and found 0344 375 4250 as the listed number.  It's close in the range to the number you provided.

Try that number or try replacing the 8 in 0844 with a 3 and see if the 0344 version of the number you have been given works.

Please then come back here and let us know how you got on and any alternative that works.
