Landline no for Wilts Welfare disability service
Aug 23rd, 2017 at 1:36pm

I am 24/7 bedridden with a painful illness and can never leave bed or access a landline without serious efforts and difficulties too much to incurs.
I just do not have the money to call an 0300 number from my mobile to reach the service that handles my welfare. If anyone can help me get a landline number I'd be so grateful.
The body is Wiltshire Centre for Independent Living
Address;
12 Couch Lane
Devizes
SB10 1EB
The only given number is 0300 123 3442

There is no need to worry.

Your call to any 03 number will cost you exactly the same (if there is any cost) as a call to a geographic number. If, as is the case for most people, your calls to geographic numbers are included in a Call Plan or Bundle, then calls to all 03 numbers will also be included.

Despite misleading information to the contrary, both public service providers and businesses have done exactly the right thing by switching from 084/087 numbers to the various types of 03 number, all of which are treated the same as geographic numbers for billing purposes.

Please get in touch, using the email button below, if you need any further reassurance.

Dear Lu

Welcome to SayNoTo0870.com

As SilentCallsVictim has said, calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate and in the same way as "landline" 01/02 numbers.  It's great to see such an organisation using an 03 number, but it would be more helpful for them to advise correctly on call costs, to avoid any concerns.

Hi Lu
Might be possible to reduce the cost of calls to 01/02/03 numbers to 1/3/or 5 a minute PAYG minutes
What network are you on how much do you pay a minute to call them currently.
On the site your find a contact page you can contact them
