Sadly we don't have all the numbers available.  Did they tell you why they won't give you an alternative?

As far as I can tell they are a Business 2 Business retailer, and therefore to my knowledge they are not obliged to provide a standard rate number.

The maybe an underlying number, but it depends how their phone systems are set up.

If you have tried all the usual routes, perhaps you need to find another company to deal with.

Just to help, IF they do have an 01 number the dialling code would be 01753.
