Clarendon Park Medical Centre, Leicester

I'm new to this fab forum, so please be gentle if I happen to be posting in the wrong place!
I am trying to find out the landline number for Clarendon Park Medical Centre in Leicester. I have looked on the internet but the only landline number listed is their previous one, which hasn't worked since they implemented the 08 numbers.

The address is:

Clarendon Park Road
Leicester
LE2

The published number is 0844-4773180.

Any help would be most appreciated.

A search of the database for

clarendon

in the Company Name box reveals one possible unverified entry:

Clarendon Medical Lodge 0844 4773985 01926 331419

The only suggestion I can give is to look out for direct numbers for staff and rooms in the surgery. I believe these surgeries have a block of geographical numbers, so if you find one in the surgery somewhere (on the wall, a desk etc), chances are, you can find reception which may well be the first in the sequence.

Many thanks for your kind advice Dave. However, the number you have listed is for somewhere different, since it's not a Leicester number. The tel no for Clarendon Park Medical Centre will no doubt begin with 0116-270....

I'll take your advice next time I'm there, but they usually don't leave anything hanging around.

I guess the old number is 0116 270 5049?

Do they have a new fax number, instead of 0116 2700188? Could this be a starting point?

Incidentally, almost all the results on the web still have that old geographical number. If this no longer works, this is a serious issue as people may look for it in an emergency and not be able to get through. Perhaps you could point this out to them, and suggest the number should be re-activated.

Going down the fax number route is a good idea. I've just called and it's ringing out, so doesn't appear to be a fax number any more, but neither does it get through to the doc's!
