Have you already tried these numbers ? If so, please can you let us know which ones you tried and the results you had, so that we can update (or remove) the entries listed if necessary. Thanks Daniel

Would it appear that Ideal World have no idea as to what the right customer service line is?

Are they trying to con anyone who calls, surely 90% of the above options are post sale enquiries? Checking delivery, chasing a refund... all post sale.. so why do they advertise an 087 number?

Are they breaching the Consumer Contracts Regulations?
