the geographical number given for the mortgage works 01202 292444 doesn't work. it takes you to a nationwide switchboard who can't put you through to the mortgage works. the 0800 no. given is only for mortgage arrears and not any other enquiries.

Can anyone help with a direct line number.

What about the freephone number given in the entry? 0800 212508

as I mentioned in my first post, the freephone 0800 212508 number is for arrears only and they will not put you through to the relevant department.

I am looking for Existing Customer whose initial rate is about to expire. the number they give is 0845 045 3333.

I think they mean "won't".
