Probably because his batteries went flat (Ultralife !!) Stick to helping the ones where you don't have to get them to provide more information. I did a good search and couldn't find any trace of them anywhere except this site!

I have found a little info on a company called Ultralife (Nutritional and Health Food Products), Printers End, Gatehouse Way, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8DB.

I don't know much about 08444 numbers, but apparently it's charged at 5p a minute, cheaper than 0871 but still s rip off.

, which I rang and got some background.

The 0844 number you found is defunct - they stopped using it before they got the 0870 numbers because some mobiles had problems ringing it.
