Royal Mail Special Delivery - Confirmation (Read 7,912 times)

James Bond Guest	Royal Mail Special Delivery - Confirmation Apr 15^th, 2004 at 7:00pm Hi there one and all! Does anyone out there know of the geographic number for Royal Mail Special Delivery - Confirmation Of Delivery? The number I have from the back of a receipt is: 0845 7001200 Someone must know or even have access to the number. Cheers. James Bond

Does anyone have the actual geographical number, though?

Because if you need to claim for a Special Delivery item which didn't reach by the guaranteed time, you need to ring the number quoted above, (0845)-7001200 and speak to an adviser on this number. You cannot claim online.

I tried various Royal mail numbers from this site, and they all told me to ring the above number.

I think you can make claims for special delivery online. I just tried it, you click "Provide more details" and fill in the fields. It gives that phone number, but you can click "Report a problem" underneath to send an e-mail.

You might think e-mails go into a black hole, but once I used it to report a package that went missing, and ended up getting a cheque for the full loss! And that was for first class post, not even special delivery!
