In call centres, the main idea of number translation is that they can divert to the next available from a group of logged-in numbers. Now that could mean a group of sequential numbers, but in the case of the Vacation Rental Gp., I found that they were all over the place for Chez Nous, Cottages4you, Country Cottages, Blakes Holidays & Cottage Choice (to mention just a few of their lines).

Each member of the group that is logged in will be allocated calls when the operator becomes available. If all of the initial group are busy on calls, you'll have to wait for a lull in the workload. If they're manual pickup (unlikely) then you'll have to catch them when they've finished a call. Or as it's not premium rate, just hang on the line !

When I found the various numbers for Time (Tiny), I had to ring a whole set of numbers that were sequential to & (upwards). If you find more, let me know.
