ADT and Telewest

I obtained 0800 010 999 from this site and rang it. I was given three alternatives.
Press 1 replied re-dial 0870 600 6005
Press 2 replied redial also an 0870 number
Press 3 (sales) actually replied and was able to connect me to the correct person.
This seems like a scam to me. The above was ADT

Telewest 0800 073 1150 number also obtained from this site had a standard reply "The service is closed" I shall wite or email them instead.

Like many people I will not be dictated to regarding using premium numbers and I will post problems from time to time.
