I managed to get the geographical for the park at Carrinton Street London W1 where I actually parked and that is 020 7629 9806

According to their website, their Head Office appears to be in London:

Judging by that second fax number, you're talking about a Customer Services department somewhere in the 0121 area.

This may have been the main number at one time. There may be many lines, but it is a starting point.

For the quick fix on the Birmingham number just dial in to the London - Head Office number listed 0870 606 7050 and, when invited, press 0 and speak to the operator - they'll be able to help immediately.
