Incorrect number

The 0800 number for Options Insurance is actually for the AA.  The 0870 number is correct.  On the Options web site the only number given is the 0870 one.  None of the contact email addresses appear to work either.  When I arranged insurance recently it took almost 20 minutes on the 0870 line and cost £1.47.

We do not have an

Are you sure you have the correct database !?   Undecided

So let's get this straight !! It isn't
Options Insurance
after all, it's
Options Travel
Insurance
!?  Right - got that   Lips Sealed

And yes, you are correct that the only number shown on the Options Insurance website is
0870 876 7878
. The other 0870 was from another link that I had researched & confirmed.

Quote:
The 0800 number for Options Insurance is actually for the AA
All I can say about this is that I again rang
0800 9171091
and it answered
Options Insurance
& gave the correct Options Insurance website address. There was NO mention of the AA !   Undecided

As for the email links not working, all I can advise you is to contact them on the 0800 number and let them know that their email is broke.

Note that I've modified the database entry to
Options Travel Insurance
to stop this happening again.
