I didn't think 18866, and 1899 ever paid for advertising, I thought it was all word of mouth, in order to keep costs down, but maybe they are prepared to now pay for referrals.

Have they entered into an arrangement with this site, or do they advertise via a 3rd party, which buys advertising space on this site, like the google adverts.
