Hi there!

Just to let you know, the 01851 777700 number for OneTel Internet Support no longer works.  There is a record announcement to re - dial 0845 8188714.  If anyone can assist with a new geo number, it would be appreciated.  I have Googled and Yell.com searched.  I do know, that they are no longer in Stornaway.

No, they're in India now and, frankly, as much of a waste of time as their telephony counterparts.

Hi, I have onetel internet and telephone service,  the number I use is 0800 957 0555 . This number will work, at least for now.

I have an unlimited geographic package and I know, that you still get through via 0207 181 9966 if that is any help to anyone else.

Does anyone happen to know the geographical number for Onetel broadband technical support?  The non-geographical number is 0845 818 8179.
