So we see the BBC still hasnt learnt.

They stuck an 0845 'helpline' at the end. "Calls are charged at the local rate, some providers may vary".
How the hell is that ment to tell us what it costs?

Well clearly it is designed for just the opposite. In other words to fool most of the unaware? Quite outrageous really.

According to the Radio Times, the programme's producer was Louise Norman.
