Hi,
i am searching for the new number for a phone company which used to be listed here. The company was listed as themobs.com and their old number was 0870 7749640 which geographically was 01943 878487.

However recently they have changed their number to: 0870 4282977. I tried ringing the geographical number and that line also sayes the number has changed to the 0870 number.

Sales is an 0800 number but they will not transfer me through to customer services. Also the number listed as customer services is different to the one i gave but after ringing them they both seem to go to the same voice.

Perhaps they have several/many numbers that start with the same prefix, ie 01943 878480, 878481, 878482 etc.

192.com reveals that the true address (the one quoted is a PO box) is:

According to 192.com, there are three companies operating at this address:

No number is given unfortunately.

I ordered a mobile phone from www.themobs.com with cash back offer. However, after 3 month I submitted the claim forms, I can not get the cash back. I called the Customer Service Team on 0870 111 0125, but always music. Can anyone help me to find the geographical phone number for the company? Another number is 0870 774 9640 for the company. Thanks!

BTW: I WILL NOT DO ANY BUSSINESS WITH THAT COMPANY. WARN ANYONE WHO IS LURED BY THE CHEAP MOBILE PHONE PRICE AT WWW.THEMOBS.COM

They're not the only company to offer fake cashback promises. Dialaphone do exactly the same!! They deliberately removed all their geo and freephone numbers, so whenever they make a deliberate mistake, you can either call 0870 or not bother trying to claim your cashback. Of course their local postie must be a subject of a police investigation with all the letters that seem to go missing, or is it perhaps that the letters go missing between dialaphone departments, and they rely on a certain number of customers who don't have the stamina to wait 20 minutes on an 0870 number to make the convenient lost post a big moneyspinner, not to mention the amount of people that call their 0870 number and give up before being answered.

I'm sure there's other mobile companies who offer cashback but rarely pay up. I'm just hoping that e2save will be one of those who do actually pay up!!
