I cannot find the thread that I started on this, but a while back,(February?) I tried to get the POST OFFICE website to amend their descrption of 0845 as "local rate", (you will need to click on "contact us" at the bottom of the linked page, as I cannot link straight to the page), with no joy despite asking under FOI and trying my local Trading Standards, who passed it off to Islington TS as a request, (therefore doing nothing but filling it as no action being taken, until I managed to get hold of the relevant persons number at Islington, and she said it was not passed over to Islington as a complaint, but now I have said it is she will investigate, the reference to "local rate" is now off their site, although they do not tell the cost of the call.
