BT Online Phone Bill
Jul 21st, 2006 at 4:04pm

As there is no longer a 'local' and 'national' rate for geographic numbers anymore, why does BT's Online billing still group 0870 calls under 'National Rate' and 0845 under 'Lo-call' ?

Very misleading.  Sad

0870 calls are still shown as 'National Rate' on my bill (well, the single call I had to make last quarter is anyway).

After years of ignoring govt. guidelines & RIPPING OFF Council Tax payers using 0845 numbers, Essex County Council changed to 0345 numbers on 2 November 2015
