does a geo no. 'convert' to a non-geo on a bill?

Hello for the first time, everyone!  If you avoid a 0870 call cost, by phoning an alternative geo no., can that geo no. somehow 'convert' or be translated as an 0870 call, so that it shows up as an 0870 no. & cost, on  your bill?

No.  You get billed for the number you dial.
