Some feedback that you might find useful about your telephone number:

You describe on your web site the 0845 number as being local rate as you do on
the answering service when you call this number.

You may not be aware of the campaign web site saynoto0870.com and the petition
running on the 10 Downing St web site.

0845 has not been local rate since 2004. 0845 numbers are very expensive for
most people as they do not attract any package discounts. So for everyone they are
as expensive as a call anywhere in the UK and for many they are very expensive.
Eg with my package I can call anywhere in the UK for free and the USA for
3p/minute. The 0845 number costs me 3p/min on top of the premium I am paying
for free calls!!!!

The ASA will also take action against organisations advertising 0845 numbers as
local rate.

0845 used to be cheap. It isn't now. Can I suggest you change the description and
publish your geographic number as well.
