There is also an email form on the Moonfruit website for various queries. Now what's the betting that you don't want it for that. Support is by Email Query ONLY so I'll warn you now, be prepared for the brush off !!

The chances are that the support staff are NOT at the same location as the Sales & Billing. Roll Eyes

One of the items is support. When I copied and pasted the URL it just happened to be at "billing". Now call me cynical if you like but when I read that, it means to me Billing enquiries ONLY.

But hey !! Don't listen to me. I've only been a support engineer in the business since 1981.
What would I know about the chances of support operations NOT BEING located at the same office as the Admin/Billing personnel ? Cool

DaveM, I am not a client of Sitemaker/Moonfruit and I don't suppose you are either. The proof of the pudding would be for Kcasey, who started this thread and who presumably uses the company, to try the geog number and to let us know how he got on.

The unusual feature about this outfit is that they don't appear to provide any phone number whatsoever beside their geog number which, as you say, may well be for billing only but on the other hand it may not.
