A google for the phone number (in the format quoted) brings up http://bestpriceink.co.uk/acatalog/info.html

However, the website is registered to an address in Ormskirk:
Thornton Close
Ormskirk
L40 1UW

Not a million miles away, but maybe not close enough for the royal Mail to let hem have a Chorley PO Box. (They like to issue them with an almost identical post code to your real address.)

Searching for the Ormskirk postcode only throws up Badger Office Supplies, at 21 Thornton Close... searching for them, by name, brings up a 192.com entry back in Chorley, at an almost identical postcode:

Whilst it's only conjecture, it seems quite likely that this is the company behind the website. Certainly it would be a bit of a coincidence for two companies to share similar addresses and not be connected!
