I think they have recently relocated and I'm not sure what's an old address and what's a current one. website is http://www.bloomingmarvellous.co.uk/

Thanks jgxenite. This number is for the Fulham branch. I have been through and added most branches as they are easily available.

There is one unverified entry for "Customer services", 020 8339 5102, which is temporarily out of order. Blooming Marvellous operates many 0845 numbers from 0845 458 7400 to about 7435. Lower ones appear to be orders and customer services etc and higher ones for branches.

As the unverified customer service number is a London one, I wonder if they have either relocated or run their operations from London. sarak54321, I gather this (0845 458 7402) is a central customer services number rather than direct to a branch, so do you know where they are located? Perhaps a returns address might give a clue. Or if they post items or send them by courier, the package might have a clue as to where it came from. Or maybe you have a catalogue that has an address.

So it looks like have outsourced the customer services to Zoom Fulfilment Services. Zoom's website is www.zoomfs.com which gives its number as 01946 818100.

According to "Latest News" on Zoom's site, in May (doesn't say which year) Blooming Marvellous became one of their clients. So perhaps the 020 number is now no longer for them. You could call Zoom and ask to be put through. Maybe you could ask them for a direct (01946) number for Blooming Marvellous enquiries as you're calling from abroad and therefore can't ring the 0845 number.

Blooming Marvellous have the range 0845 458 7400 - 7499 and were used for previous promos etc and some of the range link to the shops. The ones you mention all lead to the same department who deal with customer services issues as well as orders.

Something I should mention that was not apparent at the time I posted earlier. Blooming Marvellous has been bought out by Mothercare. So the number that I have posted will become inactive in September (date to be confirmed) But I am certain that the 0845 number will be redirected to a new number (again to be confirmed) so for the time being people will need to contact 0845.
