Only contact number was 0844 770 5838. Operator puts up nonsense defence and refuses to transfer you. However, their BT line number is 0191232 5524. Stand on your hind legs and they put you through to customer services, when they can get through.

There is a number, 0191 521 3555, which was unverified in our database and was submitted with a note to say that this is the number they called from. This goes through to a message saying that it is Jacques Vert and that they are closed, and open Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm. This is different to the 232 5524 number which goes straight through to a member of staff — security maybe. So I assume the latter to be the switchboard and the former to be customer services. For this reason, I have listed 521 5555 as the alternative for the 0844 770 5838 number which is given on all Jacques Vert brands websites which are also Planet, Windsmoor and Just Last Season.
