When councils set up new projects you would think someone would tell them that 0845 is not the way forward,and will in the near future be stopped for Local Govt Use.

Have you added a 'readers comment' so that anyone looking at the current article could pick up on the wider issue? Have you sent the Council a link to the new Cabinet Office guidance?
