01340075349caller's no given me - is it a SCAM?

01340075349  was the caller's no given me on dialling 1471.  The number is unobtainable.   Is this 01340075349  number hiding  a SCAM?   Angry  If so can it be reported for that phone line to be closed down?

The CLI was obviously fake as the number does not exist.

Never call back numbers that you do mot recognise, especially so if the number starts 070, 084, 087 or 09
