I have had a look online for Eagle Aviation Courier and have yet to find a non 084 number for them, I even tried to call the number given and replace the 8 with a 3 (0345) but the number isn't registered.  They have another courier firm at the same address that uses 084 contact numbers.

My only suggestion is to contact them via here and explain how expensive it is to call an 0845 number.  Their 0845 number's service charge may only be 2p per minute, but add a phone providers access charge which can be as high as 65p per minute and that call is now 67p per minute!

Also they state "Calls to this number are charged at business rates. Please check your provider for costs." which is incorrect.  As per requirements from Ofcom it should state "Calls cost Xp per minute plus your phone company's access charge.”  The X in this case is 2p.

Have you tried replacing the 8 in 0845 with a 3? Making the number 0345 646 1415?

As we discussed before a geographic number was elusive to locate.
