Hello,

I have tried all the numbers below and cannot find cusotmer support for Sky. One woman got quite nasty when I asked to be put through to Viewer Relations. She couldn't put me through and she was actually speaking where they make the programmes.

All I want is to be able to find a particular episode of criminal Minds.

Hi Pam, are you trying to speak to Customer Services at Sky? If so I have used the 020 7 number with success. You just need to go though the menu's and use the "something's not working" option.

When you say your trying to find a particular episode of a program, what do you mean? Have you recorded it or missed it?

Hopefully we can give some advice with more info.

After tapping my home phone number in, as requested, I then took option 3 for sky tv, then option 4 to cancel part of my package. Was answered in less than 3 minutes.

As Heinz says, the obvious thing to do is to try the number we have for customer services. Then report back on its effectiveness for this type of enquiry; if it works we will list it in the database.

020 today. (I had success with it in the past).
As far as I could make out, it is only an automated service relating to billing.
Anything I could do here, I could also do on line.

To get to speak to anyone I was informed that I should call 08442 414141
