Heinz Guest	Re: I am delighted with www.call18866.com Reply #3 - Jul 13^th, 2004 at 9:37am And, occasionally, I get the engaged tone after dialling the 18866 prefix - which can be annoying when you're trying to do an immediate callback to an overseas caller (at 1p per minute) to save them having to pay €1.50 per minute.

Don't knock the provider. They don't provide the cables/exchanges, only the access.
