I have hunted everywhere as directed but with no luck. The number given on their website is: 0870 240 2486 Thanks for any help from Harrassed in London

Geographical number for Real Networks

I am looking for a geographical number for 0870 240 2486, the Real Networks customer support service in the UK

I am having a problem with corrupted files on my Realplayer. I have sent various emails to them to try to sort out the problem.

I know this is going to be a long call to get help from them and have asked them to call me but they refuse even though it is a problem with their software for causing problems with corrupting my files on my Realplayer.

I have tried google and the database with no success.

Thanks to all who have helped so far.

This may of course not be where customer support is but by calling perhaps you can glean some information on where customer services actually are - may be they are subcontracted to a different company. Any information would be useful and could help to track them down.

A useful ploy which sometimes works is to say that you are calling from work and the switchboard bars outgoing 0870 calls. When you call remember to prefix the number with 141.
