Surrey Trading Standards & Checkatrade 0845 (Read 11,463 times)

It appears they are a little confused themselves though!

Or did they just forget to delete that wording when they changed the 8's for 3's in that paragraph?

After years of ignoring govt. guidelines & RIPPING OFF Council Tax payers using 0845 numbers, Essex County Council changed to 0345 numbers on 2 November 2015

Perhaps a two pronged approach may kick them into touch
