I am looking for the geographical number for that 0845 number to reduce mobile phone call costs when calling them about their system failures. Post edited to correct number - CJT-80

It costs a lot more than 5p per minute. The actual cost is 5p per minute plus an Access Charge of up to 14p per minute from landlines or up to 55p per minute from mobiles. They are happy for callers to be charged up to 60p per minute just so they can benefit from the 5p per minute Service Charge revenue.

I would like to have the geographical number of a number, how do I do it? It is to know the zone in the lacquer, the last connection to my bank account, it is done. You have replied to a very old thread from 2018. Royal Mail now use standard geographic rate 03 numbers, you can call Royal Mail Business Support on: 0345 7 950 950
