Hi i wondered if any of you could pls help me and give me the phone number for a catalogue company called "Simply Be" the phone number for them is 08701606100.
They are linked to many different companies one of them being J.D.Williams, have tried the numbers on the site for jdwilliams but could not get through to Simply Be customer services.

Hi all,

I have searched the site but with no joy....

I am looking for the GEO numbers behind the following:

Fashion World
Griffin House
40 Lever Street
Manchester
M60 6ES

Number: 0870 606 8000 (Order Line) *
Number: 0870 602 2602 (Enquiry Line)

On searching 0870 606 8000 I got "classic Confidence" off this site, they advise they are a switchboard and answer by saying "JD Williams" and can not put you through, (not a very good swithboard then?) and you MUST call the 0870 number.

After much heated discussion about the use of 0870 and profit making they are adament that there is NOT a Geographical number behind the 0870.

GRRRR !

Any help much appreciated !

The switchboard number is given as the alternative for most of JD Williams' catalogues, and if you search for JD Williams in the Company Name field it will return a few alternatives to try. Wink

My guess would be that they have just changed the number to somewhere else in that range of numbers (35xx?).

Yes. They said "This is the Service Resolution Team. Please redial 0870.160.1941". I didn't redial it to see what I would get. Thanks anyway. Wee Scottie

hi all

I've had similar problems with this lot. My account is now in the hands of Reliable Collections Ltd which I am certain is the part of the JD Williams Group because the number is the same as the automated one for the Shoe tailor to Pay accounts 0870 160 1951

What is even more ludicrous in my eyes is the section on the back of their letter (the address is the same as JD Williams I think) is the notice as follows Quote:

DIFFICULTY IN PAYING? If you are experiencing financial difficulty Call our Debt Advisory Service on 0870 161 6119

Even when you are trying to clear your debt you're getting hammered in expensive phone calls yet again!!

Naturally Close are mainly an on-line catalogue. Its seems Naturally Close is just one of many names used by the main company of Fashion World Ltd, a sister company of J.D. Williams. HOWEVER, if you actually need to speak to a human about you account /orders, all numbers listed are non-geo. The full address on correspondence from Naturally Close is listed as:- Fashion World Ltd, T/A Naturally Close, Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester, M60 6ES. Cant find an alternative anywhere, and all requests for an alternative number when calling for customer service, were answered with "there isnt one". With my last call lasting for 49 mins, (most of it in the queue), thats just not helpful!.
