Thanks. I previously listed the main switchboard number (020 8896 8000) for Lovefilm, Odeon Direct and the other names it operates under. Did you try that or not?

Thanks. I previously listed the main switchboard number (020 8896 8000) for Lovefilm, Odeon Direct and the other names it operates under. Did you try that or not?

Afraid I didn't as I was just on lovefilm to cancel my account and noticed it gave a geo number that hadn't been verified here.

No problem. The reason why I asked is because I wanted to know whether you tried the 0800 number as a result of the 020 number not working.

As the 0800 number has an alternative, and it (the 0800 number) works, then I think I will list it in place of the switchboard number. I will put a note in saying that it's cancellations.

Switchboard says it's open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
